Thank you to Lehigh Valley Live and Pamela Sroka-Holzmann covering our new venture at the Hellertown Diner (29 Main St. Hellertown, PA). As we continue to grow, the small space at Sibri's has made it difficult to serve all of our customers. We are excited to transform Hellertown Diner into a spinoff of Sibri's Bethlehem location.
